Capsiplex is a more recent entry into the diet supplement marketplaces of the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. According to the manufacturers of this product, it has been clinically proven to help dieters to lose weight. It also said that it has been used by a number of different celebrities such as Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez.

The formula for Capsiplex includes capsicum extracts derived from red chili peppers, caffeine, niacin and piperine.

According to the directions for Capsiplex, this pill should be taken one time every day in order to increase the metabolism, which will allow you to burn a larger number of calories before, during, and after physical activity. Though exercise is not required for the use of this product, it is still recommended in order to enhance the effects that can be achieved through its use. When used correctly, the manufacturers says that this product will help to reduce cravings, minimize the appetite, better digestion, decrease body fat, burn up to 278 more calories every day, shrink gastric irritation, and even reduce the risk of a heart attack.

The Capsiplex formula is entirely natural and functions by boosting the natural body temperature in order to increase fat burning – a process called thermogenesis. The manufacturer also states that this product is even safe for individuals who have thyroid conditions. However, it does recommend that pregnant women not use this supplement and that breast feeding women wait until they are no longer nursing before starting the use of this pill.

Among the advantages of using Capsiplex include that both capsicum and caffeine are ingredients that are known for burning fat and that have been shown to do so in reputable clinical trials.

Conversely, there are many disadvantages to Capsiplex. For one thing, it is made up of a proprietary blend, which stops them from being required to see specifically how much of each ingredient is included in the formula. Though it did offer percentages, it didn’t say how much there was in total. This makes it impossible to tell if there is enough of the ingredients to actually work and produce the promised effects. There is no money back guarantee posted on the official websites. All of the product claims are endorsed by celebrities and not everyday consumers. The manufacturer states that there are no side effects associated with the use of this product, but caffeine is known for certain side effects, especially among individuals with sensitivities to stimulants.

I tried this diet pill in hopes that it would help me lose weight. It did not. Instead I felt very anxious and agitated. I think I actually gained weight. All it succeeded in doing was making me jittery all the time. No thanks.
