There are days that I feel irritable on these pills and have expereinced some hair loss with them. They do work great but I wonder at what expense.

I got mine from Amazon.co.uk and started taking them on Thurday 5th it’s now sunday i’ve gone from 9.8 to 9.3 in that time.
I do feel great and hardly ever want something to eat but i’m trying to eat which has been mainly fruit.
Through the day i’m great but the only problems i’ve had is around 9-10PM i feel a bit sick and my legs get a pins and needles feeling which does go after ive been to sleep.
The dry mouth only really last the first day and for about an hour after i take the pill on the morning.
Sleeping is a problem but i think thats my fault as i’m still drinking my normal 5+ black coffee’s a day so i’m going to cut coffee out from today and see how that works.
I wouldn’t say i’m huge or want to lose alot but after my daughter i haven’t been able to shift my hips or the top of my legs. I have noticed a difference and hope it keeps going but any tips would be great?

I have used Lipro for the past 6 months (on and off due to the side effects I have experienced). When I started taking them I was on holidays and was walking everywhere I went. I walked for approximately 3 hours a day, every day for 3 weeks. I changed my diet also, just eliminating things like candy, I couldn’t give up my double shot tall half and half lattes. My dress size dropped fom a 4 to 0! The down side of Lipro (moreso if exercise is not incorporated into your routine) aside from a dry mouth….. irritability, constant headaches, inability to concentrate and absorb information, anxiety with episodes of continuous crying, difficulty in sleeping.
