Victoza is the brand name used for liraglutide in Europe. This drug is the first human Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 developed to be taken once per day in order to treat type 2 diabetes. It has only just received its approval for all of the states in the European Union for two uses:

Victoza is a new drug used for treating type 2 diabetes and has been found to promote weight loss in overweight and obese patients.
- As a treatment combined with metformin or one of the sulphonylureas among patients who suffer from a lack of glycemic control even after having tried the highest possible dose of metformin or sulphonylurea monotherapies.
- As a treatment combined with metformin and one of the sulphonylureas or metformin and one of the thiazolidinediones among patients who suffer from a lack of glycemic control even after having tried the dual therapy.
Clinical studies with Victoza that involved the participation of over 6,500 people suffering from type 2 diabetes demonstrated a notable decrease in blood glucose levels, allowing for weight loss without the a heightened risk of hypoglycemia. For this reason, it is now considered to be a beneficial type 2 diabetes treatment option and helps to further reduce the risks of the condition by allowing for weight loss.
The drug was first launched by Novo Nordisk – the manufacturer – within Germany, the United Kingdom, and Denmark during the summer of 2009, and throughout the second half of 2009 and throughout the year 2010 the drug will continue to be released throughout the rest of the European Union marketplaces.
The drug functions by only stimulating insulin release when the blood’s glucose levels are high enough to warrant its need. Weight loss is a very common side effect of this drug – one that is often considered very desirable, as one of the things that is most recommended to type 2 diabetes sufferers is weight loss in order to reduce the symptoms of their condition. It is believed that Victoza causes this weight loss because it decreases the speed at which gastric emptying occurs, so that the patient feels more satisfied after meals and for a longer period of time. The body naturally breaks down Victoza and does not need renal excretion for elimination.
Though the drug is not considered to be weight loss medication, it does include this side effect among one of the beneficial reactions that can occur when it is used in order to control type 2 diabetes – especially in cases where weight loss is recommended by the prescribing medical professional.

Second day with Victoza I use to have my shoot at bedtime. Today I had a heavy and strong headache. Thank to the blog I noticed that was one of the side effects. My hunger was totally off. I drank water. I did not know that this drug was also used for weight lose now I do understand why I did not feel hungry today. But I stay at home due the big headache. I took a Tylenol and I’m better. My BS number were great today from 200′s + to 137 in the morning and 124 right now at the bedtime. I’m thankful with my doctor that change me prescription from Byetta because now has been discontinued. Now I’m 215 lbs and I pray to lose around 50 lbs I’m 5’5.
and all of you guys, don’t give up, the best still coming up!
Newbie here.
I’m Type 2 Diabetes taking Actos plus Met 500mg ER twice a day. Low Carb diet. I am overweight from lack of exercise due to back pain. Byetta did not me in anyway. It gave me sever heartburn. Now I am on Victoza for 5 months. And the heartburn has slowly returned. But my blood sugars are improving. I get Bruises once in awhile. Walking everyday seems to help me now.
For heartburn/gastric reflux, you can add slippery elm to your vitamin regimine every day and it will reduce this symptom up to 90% in some people.
day 6, sugars are stabilising real good, not hungry at all a litle acid reflux but all is well.
I started taking Victoza on October 1. From October 1 to October 10 I was on the .6mg dosage. I lost 8.4 pounds during that first week. Yesterday I increased to the 1.2mg dosage. During the first few days that I took Victoza I did experience some nausea, but that went away a few days ago. My BS readings have been cut in half (went from around 230 fasting to between 100 and 115 and the two hour tests after meals has gone been consistently under 140 every day.) I hadn’t been treating my diabetes before October 1, so my improvement has been rather drastic. I am taking 1000mg of metformin in the morning and 1500mg at night as well. My short experience with Victoza has been very pleasing.
I started taking Victoza yesterday at the low dosage of .06 and so far so good. I did have a slight headache the first day and I felt full on small meals. I take the shot in the morning and I can’t finish my breakfast the last two days. So far have lost one pound but I am hopefully. Will stay on .06 until next weekend and then will do the 1.2 so if I see that I am going to get sick it will not effect me at work. Taking it slow and trying to watch what I eat. My husband just had bypass surgery and we are eating lighter then before. I forgot to take my sugar readings this morning and yesterday, will try to do that. I do also take Metformin in the afternoon and need to really shed off these extra pounds. My blood level was 7.1 for the six month test and they want it at aleast 6…hopefully this will help it always ranges from 6.7 to 7.1 and I don’t take my medicine like I should. But in the past month I have been very good at remembering to take what is needed to get these numbers down. The doctor told me if I could get the weight off and my sugar levels right…I could get off the meds. That is my goal.
I’m replying near the top:
Explanations for some of the side effects:
While I don’t know this for sure, I suspect that victoza is a diuretic. This explains the initial rapid weight loss. Being dehydrated also would explain headaches, as headaches are a common side effect of dehydration.
If you are taking victoza as a weight loss aid, it will still lower your blood sugar. Low blood sugar can cause pounding pulse, and palpitations. Also, if you are dehydrated, your blood runs thicker than normal. Takes more work to pump it. This can result in pounding pulse just after going up a flight of stairs. You’ve done major motion with big muscles in your legs.
Constipation: One of the side effects that makes you feel full is a general slow down of the gut. This gives your lower intestine more time to salvage water from your crap, resulting in hard painful crap. This is made worse by your general dehydration
Muscle loss: Some studies have shown that while gut fat is the primarly lost weight, there is also some muscle weight loss.
Advice; I’m not a doctor. I’ve done sports training for some years. And I just put the pieces together. Verify this with your physician, expcially if you have a history of heart problems:
1. Make a point to drink more water. Make sure you are peeing freely, and that the overall color is clear to pale yellow. Dark yellow or brown means you are seriously dehydrated, and kidneys are trying to salvage as much water as they can. If you have a headache, drink a glass of water.
If you have nausea, drinking can be tough. Use a sport electrolyte drink such as gator aid, mix it up half strength, and drink a quarter cup at a time.
2. Increase the fiber in your diet, either with a greater fraction of vegies/bran , or though fiber pills or things like metamucil. This will reduce constipation, and keep your gut moving.
3. Increase the relative amount of protein in your diet. This doesn’t have to be much, but increase the number of times a day you get it. This will put amino acids in your blood stream. While your body will digest amino acids as food, it does so on an entirely different pathway than carb and fat metabolism. Since you are running on less input energy your body will tend to scavenge any amino acids floating around. Since muscle proteins are constantly being broken and being rebuilt, they are at risk when you are on a deficit calorie regime. Some exercise will also help with this.
4. If nausea is chronic, ask your MD if you can reduce the dose. The medication has a fairly short life span in the body (13 hours by one source) so you should get quick results. My temptation would be to halve the dose, and increase it by one click a day until you have symptoms.
5. If you are doing with in combination with an exercise program, then maintaining hydration is even more important. I routinely lose 1-2 lbs on a 4 mile jog even in winter. If I’m already seriously dehydrated, that much water loss makes me feel like crap, and I’ve got no energy at all.
Good luck. And remember this advice is worth only what you paid for it. Nothing.
day 7 started 1.2 mls. today lost 8lbs this week , so far so good, i feel good !!!
Today is day 2 of Victoza for me. I did not feel very hungry yesterday, and today I only ate 1/2 of my morning breakfast. I have had headache, but usually after mid-day it is gone. I have not weighed myself, but will in a few days. I hope this new med works.
I started victoza on September 28th. I had little nausea in the first couple weeks but it was tolerable. I have already lost 13 lbs! My BS numbers are fantastic. The highest number I have seen since I started is 108. I see my endocrinologists Nov. 10 for a monthly checkup to see how well I am tolerating this drug. I can’t say enough good things. I am very satisfied with this medicine. I have experienced tiredness in the evening in the last week or so but that could just be life too…so I can’t say it is from victoza.
wow!sugars are between 4and8.6, insulin cut in half the last 2 days, best in years.almost seems to good to be true!!!
I am not diabetic. My doctor prescribed Victoza for weight loss due to back problems leading to lack of exercise. I was astonished. On the 2nd day I had lunch with my son and could not finish my lunch a tuna sandwich. I had to leave a half. It reminded me of the reaction Herbalife created with their shakes. Let’s see how it goes!
Me too, maybe like 2 months ago. I have lost 13 lbs. But feeling kind of stuck. How is it going with you?
I’ve been on it since Sept 30th for weight loss, i’m not diabetic either. I’ve lost about 10 pounds.
good luck…i am diabetic, but am using this mainly for weight loss…i am overweight due to lack of exercise from a back injury, so i sure hope this works for me…good luck to you as well!! dana b.
Well now starting the 4th day and have lost 5 lbs!!! Sugar levels are a lot lower although mine weren’t extremely high before just out of wack. Hope to continue loosing weight and keeping numbers where they should be. Hope everyone is doing well on this drug…it really is encouraging!!!
lost 12 lbs in 10 days working great, feel best i have in years, sugars are bang on !!!!!
doctor put me on victoza today starting at 0.6. cant wait to see results will keep you informed. not looking forward to some of the side effects i’v been reading
hi guys started victoza today 0.60. cant wait to see results. but not the side effects i’v been reading. keep in touch
lost 15 lbs in 12 days still working great, sugars are bang on !!!!!
Have you done any type of exercise to get that result? If so, what type of exercise? Keep up the good work.
This is my 4th month on Victoza. A total of 42 lbs lost. The strange occurance of no appetite and no cravings is still strange to me. I too am thankful for the results!
Congradulations on 42lb weight loss, are you on any special diet? I need encouragement.
i FEEL THE SAME, NEEDING ENCOURAGEMENT. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAN TAKING THE VICTOZA THAT IS HELPING?
Has anyone had problems from uncontrolable beltching and rotten egg smell from it uggghhhhhh !!!!!!!!
I have been on Victoza for a week now. Started on 1.2 3 days in. Yesterday, the 5th day, I started the burping and bad taste. My husband smelled it and was stunned at how rotten it smelled. Has this gone away for you? Eating something helps for a bit.
Yes I had that. When that happens I know that in a couples I will need knee pads as I will be worshiping at the throne. I’m trying Victoza for the third time, starting at 5 clicks and going to add a click every 4 or 5 days to see what happens. Last night I was itching all over. Going to try to contact the doc today to see if it is an allergic reaction.
I lost five pounds the first two weeks on victoza. Now I am on week four and haven’t lost a pound! Any advice. I am walking 3 miles at least 3 days a week and lifting 10 pound weights 3 times a week.
Sounds like your weight lifting might be building some muscle that obviously weighs more than fat, are you losing inches?
It’s muscle you are gaining . I will start tomorrow morning on Victoza, along with Januvia tabs, hopefully, it will work wonders for me as it has done for Cammy Boaz, 42lb loss in 4 months, that is abosolutely great. Be patient and the weight will come off. My doctor prescribed it after failure with Byetta, I always forget to inject the second time around. I am glad Victoza is a morning injection, with my type of work I get busy and forget. I was going to try gastric bypass( sleeve) but doc says he wants to try this first, and see the results I do in a couple of months.
I have been on this medication since the May- its really works- I have experienced the HEADACHES especailly if you miss a dose or a weekend. (opps like I did) I lost weight- but watch your BS levels- I forgot to eat in the moring once and I got so sick fast- We need to always check and wear your ID stating that you are taking your medications.
Bes tof Luck M
my first day on Victoza, i like what i am reading, keeping my fingers crossed
Hi everyone, my PCP and not my Endocrinologist put me on this new Meds on Monday October 18th. I didn’t start taking medication at first until I first did some online research. My first dose of 0.6 unit came this morning, Thursday, October 21st. I read upon all the side effects and I can’t tell you how nervous some of them make me feel.
However, some of the comments here do make me feel encouraged and hopeful because I have tried a few weight loss programs and pills and nothing seems to work and BC numbers are not what they need to be. My last A1C of 7.1 was on Monday October 18th and I know I need to get that lower along with my weight.
So I am looking forward to what this new drug will do.
I’ve been taking Victoza since October 1. The first week I was taking .6 mg, now I’m taking 1.2 mg. So far so good. I’m 5 ft 10.5 in. and went from 174 lbs to 166.8 lbs. My bs are around 130-140.
Glad to find this website. I am on my 4th day taking Victoza, starting with .06 for a week and then to 1.2 for a week, etc. So far I feel very tired and seem to be having hot flashes. I am only in my late 30′s and was prescribed Victoza to help with weight loss. I have struggled yo lose weight due to Hashimotos disease (which causes hypothyrodism). I sure hope I have success with this since so far a drastic diet change along with exercise hasn’t done a thing.
I have been on victoza for 8wks, I lost 8lb but seems like I am up and down. I not .eating a 1/3 of food I used to eat. I weighted and I gained 3pd. I am getting discouraged!!!
i have taken victoza for 4 months now.i have lost 44 plbs, and never felt better! its a miracle drug.
DITTO
big sho, did you have to exercise to lose that much weight? i am new to victoza…have just been on it for 4 days now…when do i start to see weight loss?
thanks, dana b.
Have been on victoza for about one month. Have lost around 10-15 lbs..and noticing my clothes arent as tight as they used to be. I have seldom been getting off/on headaches but stomach upset..alot…almost to the point of throwing up. Decided to take shot in the morning instead of evening…and still have issues. I do have problems with gas…and belching with the rotten egg smell….constantly brushing my teeth. My blood sugars are great.
I have been on Victoza for about a month. The first week I was on .6 and the only side effect was loss of appetite. Then I started the 1.2 dosage. I have extreme gas issues. It feels like there is a huge bubble in my stomach all the time. Sometimes it gets so bad that I get nauseous. In 3 weeks this has not gone away. I also take 1000mg of metformin twice a day. Someone recommended that I stop the metformin. Does anyone else have the gas pains? Will they eventually go away? I have had to go home from work twice due to this. I used to work out daily and because of this pain I can’t work out. Actually threw up the other day when I tried. Any advice?
Also, since I lost so much weight due to not eating as much will I gain it back as soon as I stop the Victoza?
Dear Cstribe:
I as well have severe gas. Sometimes when i belch..smells like rotten eggs. And the other well..lets say i can clear a room, and thats not good for a woman. I also feel like i am very constipated, and my stomach is always extended and bloated. I have found when i feel like i am nausated i take some crackers with me..and that sometimes helps. I think its just that when u feel sick to your stomach, you will feel better if you put something little in your stomach. Try that. My doctor offered to put me on another drug, but i am loosing weight slowly i might add which i am glad because i am slowly being adjusted to eating small portions. I hope my info helps
I’ve been using Fiber Choice with calcium and vitamin D. Works like a charm. Good luck!!
cstribe….
I know that if/when I eat too much (and that is saying a full portion of anything) i will get that gasy feeling and eventually throw up. My dr explained it to me as “if you eat too much you’ll throw up” I’m on Victoza for weight loss not because I’m a diabetic so I’m not sure if that matters. And I would say that as with anything if you were reducing your calories and not eating as much and then if you stop taking victoza (the reason you’re not having an appetite) and you go back to eating more calories, then yes you will gain, again i’m on for weight loss, and its teaching me how to control portions, so once I’m off of it and have a “regular” appetite i will know when i need to stop!

i started taking victoza at the beginning of september I lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks
sam, did you have to exercise with it?
no. the only exercise i have done is walking due to my job. for the last ten years my weight have gone up from 185lbs to 250 lbs. Last year I sign up to LAFitness but could loose the weight, now in 6 weeks i lost 20 pounds.
I started oct 27. I am 38yrs old. i am overweight to the point i notice its affecting my lifestyle. When i went to the doctor three years ago and was diagnose with diabetes. My bloodsugar was 475. i was seeing blurry and had this ugly feeling…i really didnt know if i was goin to live or die. In the last three years i have had a constant battle with my bloodsugar…up an down…I weigh 450lbs. i dont look it…the people i do tell my weight cant beleive it. my doctor has a hard time with it.. It bothers me alot. I went to doctor yesterday for checkup…i advised him i was havingbattels with my BS. He told me about victoza. I was hesitant. I remember my dad giving himself insulin shots. I accepted to try it. THis morning putting the syringe in me made me realize how far i let my life and weight get out of control. It was a realization. I took the shot and had breakfast. I noticed i couldnt eat my two eggs. I thought hmmm can it be the injection. i am hoping for the best.
Dear Drew… It is great to read your response. I hated taking the shot myself, because I didnt want to face it that i needed to do something about my BS (480) and was getting constantly bedridden. I weighted 260 when i first started it, and the weight is coming off slowly. I would rather have it come off slowly then quickly so that i can get adjusted to eating properly. My blood sugars have been 150 now.. It still at times makes me very sick/bloated but, it is worth it. My doctor says she doesnt want to see me miserably sick to my stomach. But it is not all the time, and I really want to change my way of life. Everyone has said they see i am loosing weight…dont loose heart…we are all here supporting each other….
Tina
What did your doctor prescribe for you over the past 3 years?
I have had all the side effect i keep you up dated
I just started an had all the side effected but i am losing the pound an eating less i am willing to take a chance, day by day i am getting better, my bs was 312 victoza have turn it around to 170 so the medcation is during its job
I started with Victoza yesterday after NOT being able to see a Dr (he’s AF and was sent to a sandy place and isn’t back yet) and his NP couldn’t deal with me. (lupus, Hashimoto’s, Type II) I was having trouble with my insulin, I’m allergic either to it or it’s preservatives. Not losing weight, when I’m on a diet and exercising, plus the adverse affects of the insulin. (hives, itching, etc.) I felt sick about 9 hrs after my first dose, but it could have be a few other things, other than the Victoza. ( no sleep, bad food etc.) I don’t actually feel bad, I feel sorta funny, nausea, but not really, gas but not really and a headache, but not really. ( I have a HIGH pain tolerance and almost always have a headache from allergies.) My sugars have been fabulous today, got up to a 109 and a 58 for dinner (yes I ate, but not much, I don’t usually eat much, which is why no one could tell me why I wasn’t losing weight and my sugars were bad…)I also have many food/drug/outside allergies which make it hard to eat/diet…so I’m hoping I can stay on this. Thanks all for listening.
Has anyone had heart palpitations? I have been taking victoza for a month and now my heart flutters and pounds.
Try drinking more water. A glass of water and headache is gone 20 minutes later. See my post near the top.
I asked the doctor(again) on October 21 about putting me on Byetta, she said “We will try something better than that”. 1st time I had heard about this new medicine called Victoza, went home researched it a lil bit, was scared because of the side effects the rats had during testing of the medicine, but I took the recommended does anyway, have been battling diabetes for almost 20 years now(only 37)so how much worse can it get. But to my amazement, I’ve had absolutely perfect BS readings ever since, & I lost 6 pounds in 7 days(YEA BABY!)
i just started on victoza 0.6mg daily. i have been on it for 4 days now…when is the weight loss supposed to start? i am really looking forward to this besides it keeping my bs down….
I started taking Victoza Oct 13 and did the .6 mg for the one week.. was not bad.. then increased it to the 1.2 mg..after the second day. I have to quit cold turkey.. I had the worst stomach pain I have ever had , diarrhoea , belching gross crap reflux…lasted through the night and into the third day. I then started back on the .6 for another week and tried again to increase it.. same thing… 2nd day on the increased dose.. extreme stomach pain.. and diarrhoea…called my doctor.. he told me to decrease the dose for the next 3-4 months… I have not noticed any weight change.
I started Victoza on May 3, I started with the 1.2 for 1 week, the next week 1.8 had no ho side effect when I started I weight 232 and my A1C was 7.9. Went to my doctor on October 14, 2010 my weight is 208 and my A1C 6.3, This is a Mircle Drug thank you Jesus!!!!
started Victoza today (1.2), after four years on Byetta. My BG levels were fine on Byetta, but I need to lose 30 lbs, and my endo thought Victoza might help. So today, I dosed up, and I don’t feel any more sated than any other day. I could easily eat more and again….. and some more again. I think my body is just adjusted to medicines that influence insulin production. I had green tea with acv, a piece of homemade whole wheat bread from my bread maker with soy nut butter for breakfast, and 2 oz of chicken tikka (no sauce/masala) with a quarter cup of dal (lentils) for lunch. All very filling, high-fiber foods. BG was 94 when I woke up, and is now 138 an hour postprandial. So all’s well with the BG, but unfortunately…. I still want to eat, and can’t seem to shake the 30 lbs of weight I need to lose. Since it’s a once-a-day dose, I am concerned about the effectiveness of it waning toward dinner time. Anyway, I can tell right now I’m not going to experience any of weight loss benefits on this medication.
I have been on Victosa for 1 year. Had an allergic reaction to 1.8 dose so backed off to 1.2 dose and red itchy rash went away. Most other side effects went away but I still do a lot of bealching if I eat too much carbohydrate along with feeling excessively full. I am not diabetic yet but am very overweight and have insulin resistence. Weight loss has been slow for me–a total of 26 pounds for the year without exercise–averaging out to 1/2 pound per week. I attribute the slow weight loss to my age(54)and being post menopausal. I wish Victosa had been around when I was younger!
Started Victoza Oct.1, 2010. Started taking 1.2 from the start. I have had all good things since I started the medcine. No headaches, not sick at my stomach. I have so much more enegy than before. Lost 16 lbs. the first week. I’m sure alot of that was fluid. My sugar is so much better plus my blood presure has come down..I’m able to move around. I’m 65 and this is a new lease on life for me at this age. My weight was 287 to start. I’m starting an exerice program tonight. Thanks Victoza for my new life.
I considered Victoza, but have a history of thyroid cancer in my family. My doctor said that because the drug has a cancer warning he could not prescribe for me. Is that true?
yes its true Victoza is not recommended if there is a history of thyroid cancer. My doctor even did an unltrasound on my thyroid to be safe.
I have been a diabetic for 17yrs. i am 44 nothing, nothing works for me like this (angel) coming from a1c of 10 to 7 and weight of 259 to 226 in 3 months. bs in the 2hundreds down to 135, 108 thank you lord.
MIRACLE——-MIRACLE———-MIRACLE
I have been on Victoza for a week now. I have had no problems with any of the side effects mentioned. Blood sugars are great, and I am down about five lbs. I’m happy so far.
yes there is a caution for thyroid cancer with Victoza
I have been on Victoza for 5 months. It works great for my Diabetes. My numbers are all great on 1.2mgs. I inject 1.2 mg every night around 11pm when I go to bed. I have NEVER had any side effects. The problem is that I would really like to shed some lbs as well and I have not lost ANY weight at all. I am wondering if I should go up to 1.8 and also if I should inject in the morning. Maybe the weightloss might happen if I make these changes… I need to loose about 50lbs. Does anyone have any advice on am vs pm injection times and weighloss? Also has anyone noticed an increased loss when moving from 1.2 to 1.8mg? I would really appreciate any responses!!!
Has anyone found that after awhile, the drug isn’t as effective in curbing your appetite? I have been on Victoza since June 11 and am injecting 1.8 in the morning and another .6 in the early evening. While I lost 15 pounds during the first three months, I am now regaining and losing the same 3-4 pounds. I’m not sure how to get to the next level. Erika
Erika, I found the same thing. I have been on Vic since July 17 and I have found that my appetite fluctuates now. Some days I am not interested in eating very much, and some days I can eat a fair bit. (luckily not as much as I was before starting Vic). I am on 1.8 every morning. At the middle of Sept I had lost 30 lbs and have been losing / regaining the same 5 lbs ever since.
I just saw my doctor (he was one of the docs running the original drug trial here in Canada) and he says to be patient as the body is going to go through plateaus in the same way as on any weight loss program. He figures that from here the weight will come off more slowly. As he said, “it didn’t take a few months to put on the weight, so it will take some time to take it off.” He recommended that if I wanted to rev it up a bit, I could combine being on the drug with a health eating plan like Weight Watchers, and an exercise regimin. As I have found that Vic controlls the cravings, this might make WW a little easier this time.
He also said that some of his other paitients on the drug report having less control over their appetite and eat more when they eat higher processed foods and/or consume aspartame and diet foods, and more control and eat less when they stick to more natural /whole foods. I am going to give this a try over the next three weeks to see if it makes a difference for me.
Erika, I’ve also been experiencing this. And in the past 2 weeks, I can’t seem to get full. After eating I feel very bloated and gaseous. My BG hasn’t been as good also as in the beginning. I am going into my third month. I lost almost 10 lbs in the first week and a half but have been bouncing up and down 3 lbs for the past few weeks.
I have been on Victoza now for 2 weeks. I have just increased my MG to the 1.2 from the .06mg. The first week I lost 3 pounds and im NEVER hungry. Pizza is a LOVE food for me and the other day I was stuffed on 1 slice. I did the Byetta pen as well it dod nothing and yes half the time I forgot the second shot. Im hoping this works as well as we all are reading. if not it looks like im going to go with the lap band surgery. I do not want to be on meds for the rest of my life. I will heep you posted
Pizza is also my weakness and I’m the same way, I have been on Victoza since Sept 30 (for weightloss) and have lost 15lbs
Its coming off slower now but I’m happy with a pound or half a pound a week!
