Lean Fast review

[starratingmulti id=1 tpl=12]

Lean Fast is a nonprescription diet supplement that was created to help dieters to be able to lose weight and manage their body mass. Its official website claims that it achieves this goal through benefits such as appetite suppression, an increased metabolic rate, and heightened fat burning. This, it says, is the result of a combination of a number of potent ingredients, such as the ever popular raspberry ketones.

The ingredients that are listed in the Lean Fast formula on the official website include raspberry ketone, green coffee, and acai. Every single one of those substances has been among the most hyped over the last few years and yet not one of them has been conclusively shown to provide any kind of measurable weight loss benefit. In fact, they have barely been studied at all.

The main claim to fame for each of these three substances is what is called the “Dr. Oz Effect”, which is what happens after that television personality mentions a product or ingredient of any nature. That same individual has recently had to face a federal Senate Committee for the claims that he has been making about unproven ingredients.

Even more interesting is that while green coffee bean has undergone some limited, small, preliminary studies that had looked promising, more recently, there has been research in which rats that were given the substance started to show early signs of diabetes.

Clearly, these ingredients are not only lacking in the scientific evidence to support the claims about the benefits that Lean Fast says that they provide, but there is also some doubt beginning to form about the safety of their use. That said, the website still insists that the product is clinically proven. It makes no reference to any specific trials or study in order to support that claim.

Beyond the ingredients, there have also been reports made at a number of sites online that detail the struggles that some of the users of Lean Fast have experienced with regards to the auto shipping program. The issue is that by signing up for a free sample of the product, the individual provides a credit card number in order to pay for a nominal shipping charge. This, however, subscribes that individual to an auto shipping program where a new package of the product is sent every month and the credit card is billed. These types of programs are notoriously difficult to cancel to the satisfaction of the customer.
