Re:Active CLA 500mg is a nonprescription weight loss supplement that is one of a large number of products that is sold under the Re:Active brand and that is distributed and sold by a company called DesirableBody Ltd.

According to the official webpage for the product on the DisirableBody website, these pills help dieters to be able to lose weight more quickly by reducing body fat through high quality conjugated linoleic acid, and it can be combined with other products from the brand. Among the options that the website recommended for use alongside this product included Re:Active T5 Super Strength or T5 Black, or any of the brand’s meal replacement shakes. The two pills are meant to help with fat burning, whereas the shakes are meant for appetite suppression.

This suggests that the Re:Active CLA 500mg does not provide either of those benefits to the fullest possible degree. Therefore, it indicates that if a dieter wanted to take full advantage of either fat burning or appetite suppression, then he or she could assume that the diet pills, alone, would be inadequate and that they should expect to use at least one other product.

This could be because the only active ingredient within this product is conjugated linoleic acid (with 80 percent active isomers). It also includes non-active ingredients that are: gelatin, glycerol, water, and mixed natural tocopherols. Those ingredients make up the capsule, itself.

The CLA in this diet pill is an extract of safflower and, as the name of the product suggests, it includes 500 mg of that ingredient per serving. The claim is that it will help the body to be able to release stored fat from the body so that it will be more easily used as energy, thereby reducing the amount of stored fat on the body. In this way it is a kind of fat burner product as it prepares the fat to be burned off more quickly and easily.

The official website for this product makes these claims without citing any scientific or medical studies that would indicate that they have been proven in human trials. That said, at the time that this review was written, some studies were found to suggest that the ingredient could help to make weight loss easier.

At the same time, the majority of products that contain this ingredient in the diet supplement industry use it in combination with other substances as it is not typically considered to be adequate on its own to produce measurable weight loss. This could explain why the official product webpage suggests its use with other Re:Active products.
