I don't think it worked as well as adipex overall, but I still lost weight. One thing I like is that I can take it for longer periods of time and it doesn't have the side-effects adipex did. Ok, so I started taking phentramin-d two days ago (too bad I wasn't qualified for phentermine..got a good lecture from my doc). Honestly, it has not started to work yet. I am up another pound. Maria, that's crazy that Phentramin-d hasn't started to work for you. I ordered Phen-d a few months ago because like you I only had about 15 pounds to lose, but I needed help with it. About 20 minutes after taking my first Phen-d pill I couldn't believe what a rush I had and my appetite was gone all day long - i had to remind myself to eat. About a week into taking two pills a day I had already lost 4 pounds. Now I only take one pill in the morning and it still cuts my appetite all day long. I guess it works differently for some people, but for me Phentramin-d is incredible.

Well, I am very skeptical but I think I will try Phentramin-d. I am a former phentermine user and it works very well but, it is expensive and hard to come by. I have seen a lot of good reviews about Phentramin-d so wish me luck. I hope everyone achieves their weight loss goals!
