Lipobind review

[starratingmulti id=1 tpl=12]

Lipobind is an over the counter weight loss supplement that is made by a company called Goldshield Healthcare Direct. The claim that this manufacturer makes about the pills is that using them will help a dieter to be able to block the fat from foods from being absorbed into the body, thereby negating the calories of those fats.

As soon as the ingredients within Lipobind come in contact with the fat molecules from food that has been ingested, they are supposed to bind together, making the molecules too large for the body to be able to absorb. Therefore, those fats will pass straight through the body and out with the waste, making it easier for a dieter to be able to eat enough food that he or she will not feel hungry, and it will make it possible for that dieter to continue to eat reasonable portions of his or her favorite foods because the fats that they contain won’t hold back their dieting results.

There is one active ingredient in Lipobind. That substance is called Litramine, which is actually a patented type of fiber complex that is made out of the prickly pear cactus, also known as cactus ear or opuntia ficus-indica. There has been some limited study conducted on Litramine, which indicates that further study may show that this substance helps to lower cholesterol and function as a general weight loss aid. That said, it is far from proven, so these claims won’t be known for certain, until more research can be conducted by reputable, unbiased organizations.

Assuming that the ingredients in Lipobind do actually work – and there is no large scale scientific evidence to say that they do – this diet pill won’t actually cause weight to be lost, on its own. It is up to the dieter to use it as a tool that will improve the effectiveness of a healthy dieting strategy. For example, if a dieter doesn’t change his or her eating habits and doesn’t boost activity levels, then he or she will not lose weight because any effects from the product would not be adequate to make up for taking in too many calories and not burning enough of them.

Moreover, effective fat blockers are notorious for embarrassing side effects such as gas, diarrhea, and oily stool, as well as uncomfortable ones such as abdominal cramping, and problematic ones such as fat-soluble vitamin deficiencies.
