Adipex, also known as Adipex-P, is a brand name version of the weight loss drug called phentermine hydrochloride. Adipex diet pills reviews show this weight loss medication is by far the most commonly prescribed diet drug in the United States.

Due to the stimulant they contain, Adipex diet pills function similarly to amphetamines by impacting the central nervous system. This includes the part of the brain responsible for hunger pangs and, therefore, can effectively suppress the appetite.

Adipex diet pills reviews confirm that for the best results during the use of Adipex, it should be combined with a proper diet and exercise plan. The prescribing doctor will help to arrange that part of your strategy. This may include the assistance of a dietitian or nutritionist as well as a personal trainer experienced in working with obesity.

What do Adipex Diet Pills Do?

This drug is meant specifically for the treatment of obesity. Adipex diet pills are prescribed to bring down an individual’s weight. This can help to lower the risk of certain health conditions such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes.

Adipex diet pills are formulated to assist obese people in dropping as many pounds as safely possible over a short-term period of up to twelve weeks. During this time, users will have the opportunity to develop the right lifestyle habits to continue losing weight without the use of the drug and to maintain their weight loss once the pounds are gone.

Are Adipex Diet Pills Right for Everyone?

PHENBLUE and FENFAST 375 are considered the best options instead of alternatives to Adipex diet pills.

Of course, like any other prescription drug, Adipex diet pills are not appropriate for everyone. Typically, the only people for whom these pills are appropriate are those with obesity and who are at a high risk of weight-related health problems such as type 2 diabetes or heart disease.

Doctors need to take care when prescribing Adipex diet pills. The reason is that Adipex can potentially cause harmful side effects in some users. The benefits of taking this medication must be weighed against the potential risks.

Even though Adipex diet pills are the most prescribed diet drugs, they can still be very difficult to obtain by most people. This is particularly true among those who do not have obesity, who require a different form of weight loss strategy.

High Quality Adipex Alternative

Fortunately, one of the best health supplement companies in the United States, Intechra Health Inc., developed two products to provide options outside of alternatives to Adipex diet pills and other phentermine-based medications. That said, FENFAST 375 and PHENBLUE are NON-PRESCRIPTION DIET PILLS, cause NO SEVERE SIDE EFFECTS, can be taken OVER TIME, and can be SAFELY BOUGHT ONLINE.

FENFAST 375 and PHENBLUE have been rated the top options among dieters who need weight management support and who are not obesity patients looking for alternatives for Adipex diet pills. Although each of these over-the-counter diet pills contain different formulas, they both act in a similar way, in that they both support healthy weight loss strategies by making them easier to maintain.  In their own unique ways, they provide dieters with an extra tool to overcome their top weight management challenges so they can stick to their efforts and progress toward their goals.

FENFAST 375 is a non-prescription weight management support formula developed to provide all-around benefits to overweight dieters.  This formula consists exclusively of clinically researched ingredients.  It is a favorite option to help overcome challenges such as fatigue and a lack of focus and motivation for a healthy weight loss strategy.  The energy boosters and alertness enhancers make it easier to stick to healthy lifestyle changes and perform your best during fat burning workouts.

PHENBLUE also consists of over-the-counter clinically studied ingredients.  This formula contains energy boosters but also features a patented ingredient called NeOpuntia.  This is a fat interaction substance that gives you the confidence in knowing that you’re getting everything you can out of your calorie-controlled diet and regular physical activity level.

How Should Adipex Diet Pills be Taken?

As a prescription drug, Adipex diet pills are available to you only with the permission of a licensed medical professional. At the time that this medication is prescribed, your doctor should discuss the way that you should take it. This will help you to achieve the safest and most effective results.

When you receive your Adipex diet pills, make sure that you follow those instructions exactly as they were described to you. They should be printed on the prescription label as a reminder, but should you not understand any part of them, or if you should forget any aspect, be sure to speak with your doctor again, or contact your pharmacist for clarification. Never take this medication without fully understanding these directions.

Typically speaking, Adipex diet pills are taken on an empty stomach, before eating your breakfast.  Alternately, they are taken within a two-hour period after having eaten breakfast. They should be taken with a full glass of water.

Avoid taking Adipex diet pills after 6:00pm in order to prevent sleep-related side effects such as insomnia. It is preferable to take this diet pill earlier in the day, such as in the morning.

Adipex diet pills reviews confirm that this medication is developed to be taken only over the short term. This usually means about 12 weeks or fewer. Do not take any more of this medication than prescribed. Do not take it any more frequently, and do not take it for any longer than your doctor has recommended.

These behaviors will not increase the efficacy of the drug. However, they will heighten the risk of potentially dangerous or life-threatening side effects. Moreover, they may increase your risk of forming a dependency, which could lead to unpleasant withdrawal symptoms.

The use of Adipex diet pills should never be suddenly halted without the advice of a doctor. Sudden cessation could lead to withdrawal symptoms. Instead, a doctor will help you to gradually reduce your dose to avoid these unpleasant symptoms.

What else should you know about Adipex?

Adipex diet pills should not be taken at the same time as other weight loss drugs. Combining can lead to pulmonary hypertension, which is a rare, but fatal lung disorder. Never take another prescription, non-prescription, nutritional supplement, or herbal remedy alongside the use of Adipex without first discussing it with your doctor. This will help you to prevent interaction and conflicts that could make the drugs behave improperly.

Since everybody experiences drugs differently, get to know your reactions to Adipex diet pills before driving or taking part in any activity that needs your alertness. This is because some people experience impaired reactions or thinking when taking this diet drug.

Adipex will not lead you to lose weight all on its own. It requires you to change your eating and exercise habits as per your doctor’s instructions, for the best results. The purpose of this drug is to make those efforts easier with a suppressed appetite and boosted energy. This makes Adipex diet pills only one component of a complete weight loss program.

Who should not take Adipex?

Adipex is a very helpful tool in the diet plans of many obesity patients. However, it is not suitable for everyone. It is meant only for individuals who are obese and are at risk of certain health conditions. Furthermore, it should not be taken by certain specific individuals. They include the following:

  • People who have an allergy to phentermine
  • Individuals who have taken an MAO inhibitor within the last two weeks (14 days)
  • Those who are currently taking another diet pill and plan to continue with that medication
  • People with heart disease
  • Individuals with hardening of the arteries or other coronary artery disease
  • Those with an overactive thyroid
  • People whose blood pressure is uncontrollably high
  • Individuals with glaucoma
  • Those with a history of alcohol or drug abuse

You may be able to take Adipex diet pills at an altered dose if you have the following, so be sure to advise your doctor if you have:

  • Diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • A thyroid condition

I was prescribed Adipex-P by my doctor three months ago and since then I have lost 43 pounds. I want to keep going on it, but now I have t take six months off before taking adipex again. Adipex really works well!

Where can I buy adipex. This site used to sell it but now it doesn’t anymore. Can anyone tell me how I can buy Adipex online?

Em99 October 30, 2012 at 4:32 am

Try Phentramin D. You can buy it online, no rx and I would say it works just as good as Phentermine/Adipex.

Tracy October 13, 2010 at 5:44 pm

I don’t think you can buy prescription diet pills online anymore. I was looking to buy Adipex or Phentermine and was finally told by one of the online pharmacies that it is illegal for them to sell it without a prescription. If you have medical reasons for taking adipex then go to your doctor and get a prescription. That’s the only way.

Adipex has to be given with a prescription and a lot of doctors refuse to give a prescription for a diet pill. What I found to work the same as adipex if not better was Phentramin D, I had all the success of the weight loss with out the jittery feeling. I lost 58 lbs in six months.

Adipex is one of my favorite diet pills, it gives great hunger control and increased energy. I did find however that it gave me the jitters sometime. It’s pretty expensive too and hard to buy online. But I always did lose a lot of weight on it ~ Christy.

michelle June 14, 2011 at 6:31 pm

It has been 14 days since i started my diet. As i stated in my other blog that i feel no different, this is still true. I have a different out look to food but as far as my body having jitters or anxiety, no of this has happen to me. My body did not feel any different. The only side efffect is dry mouth. I have lost about 10 lbs so far. the first week i lost 6lbs. This pill is worth the try if you have difficulty with your weight. I just wish it would make me want to exercise.

michelle June 29, 2011 at 5:55 pm

For many years I was seriously overweight and very unhealthy. My doctor prescribed Adipex to help me lose weight. My wife was against taking pills but I had tried to diet and couldn’t lose weight. With my doctor’s help, and by taking Adipex, I managed to lose over 50 pounds in three months.

Rosa Fernandes August 31, 2011 at 10:28 pm

Adipex helped me to lose alot of weight. My docter first prescribed me and then I buy more. It gave me energy and no ill-effects. My whole family was so proud when I lose so much weight and my health is much improved.

K.K.Kelly November 6, 2011 at 6:35 pm

I took Adipex-p and it made my heart race so badly it felt like an anxiety attack. I was so light-headed that I had to leave work and went to my doctor’s right away. These side-effects from taking adipex-p aren’t worth it and I stopped taking it.

Mason May 23, 2012 at 5:42 am

I tried adipex and at first it worked, I was less hungry and eating less but then after about a month I started getting heart palpitations. Some people told me to keep going and that it was a normal side effect but it was more then I was comfortable with so I started taking phentramin D instead. I found it does the same thing but with no side effects. If you are on the fence about what to order, that is the one I would go with.

emilyflowers June 6, 2012 at 5:32 am

Adipex has been wonderful for me. I lost 28 lbs in 3 months without doing anything in the way of exersize. I am now working out 5 day a week and losing even more weight. I eat much smaller portions and all my junk food cravings are gone.

lynn December 18, 2012 at 1:42 am

my name is megan. I am 19 and I weigh 240 pounds . I hate the way I look anf I tryy to diet
I just cant get motivated to keep on dieting .so I give up . I want to fit in pretty clothes
and wouldnt have to worry about what othera think of me . will this diet pill
help me lose weight?

Diet Pill Center February 5, 2014 at 7:20 pm

Hi Megan – Staying motivated is really tough. Making healthy changes to your diet and getting more exercise can be a struggle, especially at the beginning. However, you MUST do these things in order to lose weight. Diet pills, even prescription ones like Adipex, can only get you so far. They will perhaps help to lower your appetite so you can begin getting your body used to eating fewer calories every day, but the end goal of using any weight loss product is that you will be able to continue losing weight after you stop taking it. I would strongly recommend becoming involved in an online weight loss community that can offer you support and begin keeping track of your calories and exercise. This way I hope you will have the supportive tools you need to stay motivated for longer.

You can do this! Eat less, eat healthy and exercise (even if its just a walk around the block every day until you are able to do more). Push yourself to succeed. Celebrate every pound that you lose and every success you have. Keep at it and you will fit in those pretty clothes in no time. But more importantly, you will look like and be a much healthier person.
