Xenislim Review

[starratingmulti id=1 tpl=12]

Xenislim is a nonprescription weight loss product that is extremely widely available and that is manufactured by an American company called MetaHerbal Labs. There are a long list of benefits listed on the official webpage for this product on the manufacturer’s website. This is a product that is marketed specifically to women.

The official page says that it is an appetite suppressant. What is worrying is that the page also says that it also contains an “antidiuretic which eliminates excess retained fluids”. The reason that this should cause concern is that an antidiuretic is the precise opposite of what they have claimed it to be. The elimination of fluids is caused by a diuretic. An antidiuretic reduces urination in order to decrease fluid loss. It is difficult to trust the claims of a company that has such a low understanding of what the product contains or that is careless to this degree when it comes to describing its formulation. The claims also extend beyond weight loss, saying that it helps to support hormonal balance and reduce the symptoms of PMS while evening the “psychological profile”. What the “psychological profile” is and how it is helped by the product is not explained.

The ingredients in Xenislim include: L-Tyrosine, Green Tea, Cocoa Powder, Yerba Mate, L-Methionine, Ginger Root, Citrus Aurantium, Grape Seed, Absorbic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, Pyridoxine, and Magnesium Oxide.

At a glance, it is easy to see that this product is made up primarily of stimulants, including green tea, cocoa powder, yerba mate, and citrus aurantium. This suggests that there is a risk of side effects, particularly because some of these stimulants are quite powerful. Both yerba mate and citrus aurantium are highly controversial as they have been associated with some severe side effects which can be dangerous for some dieters. The FDA has released a warning about citrus aurantium, otherwise known as bitter orange or synephrine.

The official website does not indicate how much of each of these ingredients are contained within the formula so even if they were all scientifically proven for weight loss – which they are not – it is impossible to know if Xenislim contains enough to be effective or if it contains so much that it risks adverse reactions.

It is very unlikely that this product will be able to live up to its claims. It is highly recommended that you speak with your doctor before using this pill, if only to ensure that it will be safe for you, as it does come with numerous potential risks.
